Policies & Terms
At Hook & Nail, clarity and trust are part of every project. The following policies outline how scheduling, payment, and service logistics are handled for all clients.
Last updated: 10/16/2025
Scheduling
Appointments are available by request and confirmed upon mutual agreement of date and time.
Metro Atlanta projects are typically scheduled within one week; statewide projects within one month, depending on availability.
Travel outside Georgia requires at least two weeks’ advance notice.
If weather, access, or scheduling conflicts arise, communication will be prompt and professional. Rescheduling will always be coordinated as quickly as possible.
Payment
Payment is due at the completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For larger-scale or non-residential projects, an invoice will be issued with a clear due date.
Accepted forms of payment:
-
Cash
-
Check
-
Major credit cards or digital payment apps (as applicable)
Late payments beyond the stated due date may incur a reasonable fee to cover administrative costs.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens — but please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any reschedule or cancellation.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on project scale and travel.
If Hook & Nail must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be notified promptly and offered the next available time slot.
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are provided in good faith based on the details shared at the time of inquiry.
Final pricing may vary slightly if project scope changes (e.g., additional pieces, complex installations, hardware upgrades).
Any adjustments will always be discussed and approved before work begins.
Hardware & Materials
Standard D-ring, hook, and nail hardware is included for items up to 75 lbs.
Specialty items requiring anchors, cleats, or wall-specific solutions may involve additional cost, discussed in advance.
If a client provides hardware, Hook & Nail cannot guarantee its performance or suitability for the wall type.
Liability & Safety
Hook & Nail exercises the highest standards of care during all installations.
However, we are not responsible for:
-
Pre-existing wall damage, hidden wiring, or structural irregularities.
-
Items not properly framed or previously compromised.
-
Damages arising from use of client-provided hardware or improper framing materials.
If any concern arises during installation, it will be discussed before proceeding.
Privacy
Information shared through the estimate form or by email is used solely for communication and project coordination.
Hook & Nail will never share, sell, or distribute client information to third parties.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters. If adjustments are needed after installation, please reach out within seven days of your appointment — minor adjustments can often be scheduled quickly at no additional cost.
